Refund & Returns Policy
At Madeena Silks, we take pride in delivering quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our refund and return guidelines below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
The item is damaged or defective
The wrong product was delivered
There is a visible manufacturing defect
Return window: within 7 days of delivery.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
Sarees or clothing that have been worn, washed, altered, or used
Products with perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery
Items purchased during clearance sale or special discount offers
Customised or pre-stitched products
3. Return Process
Contact us through our website or WhatsApp within 7 days.
Share your order number and product photos/videos as proof.
Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible.
Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup.
4. Refunds
Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Refund method:
Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI
Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval
5. Exchange Policy
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may choose another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).
