1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product if:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The wrong product was delivered

  • There is a visible manufacturing defect

Return window: within 7 days of delivery.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Sarees or clothing that have been worn, washed, altered, or used

  • Products with perfume, stains, or damage caused after delivery

  • Items purchased during clearance sale or special discount offers

  • Customised or pre-stitched products

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us through our website or WhatsApp within 7 days.

  2. Share your order number and product photos/videos as proof.

  3. Our team will verify and approve the return if eligible.

  4. Once approved, we will arrange reverse pickup.

4. Refunds

  • Refund will be initiated only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Refund method:

    • Online payments: Refunded to original payment method

    • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer/UPI

  • Refund processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, you may choose another product of equal or higher value (difference to be paid by the customer).
